The Leitz Fodis was the (first?) rangefinder from E. Leitz of Wetzlar. It could be used as accessories for the Leica I. The Leica II and all the later models had a built-in coupled rangefinder.<BR>
My uncle bought this one seccond hand about 1940 to use it with his <a href="http://kamerasamling.nl/kamera.php?ID=120&t=e">Wirgin Auta</a>
